A. Subscription Plans

  • Refunds are not available for monthly plans after payment.
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscription

  • If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be processed, but you can continue to use the service until the subscription expires.

B. One-Time Course Purchases

Refunds are available within 3 days of course purchase ONLY if:

  • You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • You have not downloaded any course materials.

C. Paid Mock Tests & AI-Generated Question Papers

No refunds for one-time mock test purchases or AI-generated question papers, as these are digital services provided instantly.

D. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, you must:

  • Report the issue to support@aiqversity.com within 48 hours of purchase.
  • If the issue is not resolved within 7 days, a full refund will be provided.
