Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

A. Payment Terms

B. Subscription & Cancellation

Monthly Plans

No refunds after payment; users can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Annual Plans

Refunds available within 7 days if the user has accessed less than 10% of the content.

One-time Purchases

C. Refund Process

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to:

🚫 Copy, distribute, or resell study materials without permission.

🚫 Engage in abusive, offensive, or illegal behavior.

🚫 Upload harmful content, malware, or unauthorized materials.

Content Responsibility Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload while using the Doubt Solver or Subjective Assessment features on aIQversity. aIQversity does not assume liability for any data uploaded by users from any source. Users must ensure that any content they submit complies with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.

Account Termination

aIQversity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that aIQversity believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, aIQversity, or third parties, or for any other reason.
